Delivery Guarantee

Standard Shipping: Orders shipped via standard shipping do not come with a delivery guarantee.

Express Shipping: For more reliable delivery, we recommend choosing express shipping. If your order is not delivered within 30 business days after shipment (or 40 business days during the peak season in November and December), please contact our support team for a reshipment.

Lost Orders

Claims for Lost Orders: Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if the order has been lost in transit. A replacement order will be sent on your behalf.

Criteria for Lost Orders:

• Confirmed correct/complete shipping address.

• Recipient has checked with local post office/shipping carrier.

• Order not marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

• No recent tracking updates.

Please note that we may need to confirm the lost order status with the shipping provider.

Delivered Orders:

If tracking shows "delivered" but the customer claims non-receipt:

• Advise the customer to check for delivery notes, neighbors, or contact the carrier.

  Returned Packages

  Reshipment Conditions: Reshipments are only processed if the original package is physically returned to us and received in our facility. If tracking shows "returned to sender" but we do not receive the package, reshipment is not possible.

  No cancellations or refunds can be accommodated once payment is made for orders in the USA. After payment, the tracking number will be updated, and we will incur shipping costs. Therefore, we kindly request that you thoroughly review and confirm all order details, including the design and shipping address, before proceeding with the payment.

  Quality Guarantee

  • If you're not satisfied with the quality of your product, please contact us within 30 days. We will investigate the issue and offer a solution.

  • Replacement Orders: If our quality assurance team validates the issue, we will send a complimentary replacement to your customer.

  Color Consistency

  • While we aim to minimize color variation, it is a natural part of the printing process due to multiple influencing factors such as machine settings and humidity. Minor color discrepancies are within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered by the quality guarantee.

  
  

  Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

• Procedure: If items are misprinted, defective, or damaged, please contact our support team within 30 days. A replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

• Required Info: Provide photos/videos of the item and your order number for verification.

• Shipping Damage: If the item was damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the carrier. InterestPrint is not responsible for damage during transit.

  Wrong Product Shipped/Missing Items

  Design Issues

  If you have any other complaint regarding the design printed on a product, please send us a photo. Credits, refunds, or reprints will be issued at the sole discretion of InterestPrint if the printed design differs substantially from the artwork that was submitted. We will investigate every case and will work to provide a resolution that satisfies you and your customers.

  
  

  Sizing Issues

  To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided accurate sizing charts on each of our product specifications pages for customer reference.

  Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.

  For shoes and clothing sizing disputes, InterestPrint will cover the product fee, but reship shipping fee should be covered by re-seller. Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error, InterestPrint will not afford any fees for this exchange. In order for a exchange to be processed, sellers must provide the following information: reason the shoe didn’t fit (i.e. too small, too big, too narrow), the new size requested by the customer, InterestPrint order number.

  • Liability: InterestPrint is not responsible for delays or issues arising from faulty designs uploaded by store owners.

  • Infringement Responsibility: Sellers are responsible for ensuring that designs uploaded do not infringe on copyrights or trademarks. InterestPrint is not liable for any losses or claims resulting from intellectual property infringements.
